Who We Are
My name is Frank Morley and I am the Founder and Head Coach of the program, working with junior athletes across multiple sports with a focus on long-term development, injury prevention, and purposeful training.
I currently work as a strength and conditioning coach for junior tennis players (ages 10–18) and volunteer as a distance running coach, supporting athletes competing from the 800m through the 5k. I hold a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Virginia and bring over ten years of coaching experience working with youth, high school, collegiate, and nationally competitive athletes.
Earlier in my career, I spent six years working under a physical therapist, where my focus was on injury prevention, biomechanics, and movement quality. That experience strongly shapes my coaching approach today, especially when working with high school athletes who are navigating growth, increasing training loads, and competitive pressures.
I have trained Division I runners and tennis players, including an NCAA champion, as well as ultimate frisbee athletes who have competed for the USA and Belgium national teams. In tennis, I’ve worked with junior players who have progressed to become top 100, and even top 10, ranked athletes nationally. Across sports, the common denominator among successful athletes has been a commitment to consistency, execution, and respect for the training process.
I am passionate about helping high school athletes build resilience, improve performance, and develop lifelong habits through training and education. My goal is not just to help athletes perform better today, but to equip them with the understanding and discipline needed to train effectively, stay healthy, develop habits that support lifelong success, and continue progressing for years to come.
What We Do
We provide strength and conditioning that is purposeful, science-based, and education-driven.
Every exercise we prescribe has a clear principle and intent behind it. We teach athletes not just what to do, but why they are doing it, so they can train with understanding, purpose. Our programming is grounded in science and built on proven principles of performance development, biomechanics, and long-term athletic progression.
But strength and conditioning is not just about building a physical edge.
Our goal is to help each athlete understand what they are truly capable of, reach their athletic potential, and learn how to pursue excellence both in sport and beyond it. Through training, athletes develop discipline, work ethic, focus, and accountability to the process, to their teammates, and to themselves.
Integrity and respect are foundational to everything we do. We expect athletes to respect the training, their teammates, and themselves. We coach with honesty, hold athletes to high standards, and create an environment where character, effort, and consistency matter just as much as performance.
We are intentional about building a culture where athletes push themselves and elevate those around them. A respectful, standards-driven environment produces not only stronger athletes, but more resilient and capable young people.
