Initial Athlete Evaluation — No Cost

A comprehensive first step designed to understand your athlete’s movement, strengths, and training needs before any program begins.

Includes:

  • Athlete intake covering sport history, goals, and training background

  • Movement and mobility screening

  • Basic strength, speed, and coordination assessment (as appropriate for age and sport)

  • Identification of key limitations, asymmetries, or risk factors

  • Initial discussion of training priorities and next steps

Best for: athletes and parents who want clarity on where the athlete currently stands, what areas need the most attention, and which training option will be the best fit moving forward.

Performance Programming — Starting at $200/mo

A fully customized monthly program built specifically for your athlete.

Includes:

  • Personalized strength & conditioning plan

  • Weekly check-ins + program updates

  • Video analysis of lifts (as needed)

  • Access to coach messaging for questions

  • Progress tracking & adjustments every week

Best for: motivated athletes who want structured training with expert oversight.

Small Group Coaching — $40–$60 per athlete, per session

Train with 2–5 athletes in a focused, high-energy environment. Group sessions are designed to push each athlete while still offering individual attention and progress tracking.

Includes:

  • Sport-specific small-group workouts

  • Live coaching on form, speed, agility, and strength

  • Performance-based progressions over time

  • Team-like accountability and energy

Best for: athletes who thrive in a competitive environment, friends/teammates training together, or families looking for a high-value option.

Group athletes can also enroll in online programming at a reduced monthly rate for continued support outside of sessions.

Individual Sessions — $75–$100 per session

Individualized coaching with full attention on technique, power, speed, and movement quality.

Includes:

  • One-on-one coaching tailored to the athlete’s sport and goals

  • Program design included to guide each session and long-term progression

  • Real-time feedback on lifting technique and movement mechanics

  • Speed, agility, and power development as appropriate

  • Session-to-session progression based on performance

  • Immediate adjustments to address weaknesses or limitations

Best for: athletes who want maximum individual attention, targeted technique work, injury-conscious training, or a flexible training option without a monthly commitment.
